• N1G offer integrated services, providing long-term thinking and short-term reactivity in multi-jurisdictional tax and legal planning prior to acquiring/ selling / transferring by gift or inheritance a corporate or any other asset, including tax residency/domicile aspects and tax treaties optimization mechanisms.
• N1G deal with all the aspects surrounding corporate structures and real estate management, sale and acquisition; N1G provide planning and lead negotiations with the relevant parties.
• N1G provide financial management with respect to our clients’ real estate assets, as well as an efficient financial platform to optimise and implement the most cost-effective structure.
• N1G negotiate and manage for clients all services including banking, legal, tax and accounting to ensure they receive complete, comprehensive and viable terms and services.
